We are looking for an experienced Quadient Inspire Developer to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade Customer Communication Management (CCM) solutions. This role combines deep hands-on expertise with technical leadership, requiring you to drive complex document composition solutions while guiding and mentoring an offshore development team. You will work closely with solution architects and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-quality CCM implementations across regulated industries.

Requirements:
Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development of Quadient Inspire solutions, including configuration, customization, and deployment.
• Provide technical leadership and daily guidance to an offshore team of Quadient developers.
• Collaborate with solution architects to translate business and technical requirements into scalable CCM solutions.
• Participate in solution design reviews, technical discussions, and architecture alignment sessions.
• Prepare and validate development estimates, timelines, and effort sizing for new initiatives and enhancements.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and quality benchmarks across all deliverables.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor team members to improve technical capability and delivery quality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to Quadient workflows, templates, data mapping, and integrations.
• Coordinate with QA, DevOps, and release teams to support testing, deployment, and production support.
• Engage with customers for requirements gathering, workshops, design discussions, and key project milestones as needed.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 5–7 years of hands-on experience with the Quadient Inspire suite, including Inspire Designer and related components.
• Strong understanding of CCM concepts such as document composition, data mapping, personalization, and output management.
• Proven experience working closely with solution architects and business stakeholders.
• Ability to provide accurate development estimates and contribute effectively to project planning.
• Proficiency in scripting and supporting technologies such as JavaScript, JSON, XML, and SQL.
• Experience integrating Quadient solutions with upstream and downstream enterprise systems.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor offshore development teams.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness and flexibility to travel to client locations when required.
• Quadient Inspire certifications are required and highly valued.
• Additional advantage if you have domain exposure to financial services, insurance, or healthcare, along with experience in Agile environments and CI/CD practices.
