Qualifications

Education:

Master’s or Ph.D. in Chemistry (preferably Organic Chemistry).

Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry with relevant formulation experience will be considered.

Experience:

Minimum 3–5 years in chemical R&D, ideally in fluxes, soldering materials, adhesives, coatings, or related industries.

Proven experience in formulation development and optimization.

Technical Skills:

Strong knowledge of organic/inorganic chemistry principles applied to industrial formulations.

Familiarity with analytical techniques: FT-IR, DSC, TGA, chromatography, rheology.

Understanding of IPC standards and electronic material compliance (preferred).

Competencies:

Innovative thinker with strong problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and documentation abilities.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

English proficiency (both verbal and written communication) is required.
