Supports the Risk Management team in delivering on the Risk Management mandate for Deloitte Africa in respect of MFS 11.

Champion leadership in the implementation of strategy within the business through effective management and development of the team and building of strong relationships across serviced business areas.

Honours Degree or equivalent

Desired qualification:

Postgraduate qualification (relevant to Service Area / Business Management, etc.)/ B.Com / Internal Audit / Risk/ Compliance or similar qualification.

Minimum experience:

5+ year's experience within similar function or role

Desired experience:

4 – 5 year's at a Manager level

Technical competencies:

• Expert in field with excellent industry and business knowledge
• Demonstrated leadership skills
• Ability to interpret, communicate and implement strategy
• Demonstrated execution of complex projects within timeframes and cost
• Experienced in development and delivery of professional presentations
• Report writing skills
• Demonstrates proficiency in data analytics, Power BI and SharePoint
• Skilled in PowerPoint
