We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to manage and support ISO audits, specifically ISO 9100, ISO 14000, and ISO 41000 standards. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in health & safety, policy interpretation, and compliance requirements, ensuring our organization maintains the highest standards of quality, environmental management, and occupational health & safety.
 
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, coordinate, and conduct internal audits in line with ISO 9100, ISO 14000, and ISO 41000 requirements.
• Assist in preparing the organization for external certification and surveillance audits.
• Ensure compliance with HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) policies, statutory regulations, and ISO standards.
• Develop, review, and update organizational policies, procedures, and documentation in line with ISO requirements.
• Identify gaps, risks, and non-conformities; propose corrective and preventive actions.
• Provide training and awareness sessions to staff on ISO standards, policies, and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth audit readiness and implementation of corrective measures.
• Maintain proper documentation, reports, and audit records.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or related discipline (preferred).
• 3–5 years of experience in ISO audit and compliance (ISO 9100, 14000, 41000).
• Experience in Health & Safety standards, compliance, and audit attendance.
• Strong knowledge of ISO policies, requirements, and documentation processes.
• Certified Internal Auditor / Lead Auditor in ISO standards (preferred).
• Excellent analytical, communication, and reporting skills.
• Based in Bangalore (or willing to relocate).
