Job Description

Location: Roanoke, VA | Full-Time

Kahak Healthcare Services is looking for a dedicated Qualified Developmental Disability Professional (QDDP) to oversee our healthcare programs for individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (ID/DD).

What You’ll Do:

Manage caseloads and ensure high-quality, person-centered care for individuals with ID/DD.

Supervise and support program staff, maintaining compliance and best practices.

Prepare and submit WAMS request, quarterly, and daily reports accurately and on time.

Maintain client records and documentation per agency and regulatory guidelines.

Communicate effectively with individuals, families, staff, and management.

Use computer systems for data entry, reporting, and correspondence.

What We’re Looking For:

Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, Human Services, or related field.

Experience with ID/DD populations and caseload management preferred.

Strong communication, computer skills and reporting experience on ISP.

Excellent written and verbal communication; outgoing and professional.

Prior experience in healthcare or program management is a plus.
