Our Milan office is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Graduate QC Coordinator to join our dynamic team.
Role Overview:
The QC Coordinator - Graduate is responsible for assisting in the sourcing, selection, placement, and management of assigned Fulkrum QC Personnel. The role will handle various administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the Coordination team.
Main Responsibilities (includes but not limited to):
Assist the Coordination team with client requests for QA/QC Engineering and Project Support personnel, both site and office-based.
Provide administrative support to the Coordination team, including formatting CVs, updating inspector files, and maintaining accurate records.
Help the Coordination team source candidates to meet client requirements and prepare candidates for interviews by providing relevant project/commodity information.
Issue successful candidates with information about their obligations, responsibilities, and deliverables for the duration of their assignment.
Communicate with assigned Fulkrum candidates regarding:
Contractual terms and conditions
Allocation of task-related documents (ITP, drawings, specifications, client-issued templates, etc.)
Receiving, screening, and submitting site reports to clients
Collecting end-of-assignment feedback from clients and candidates
Advise the Coordination team of any candidates not adhering to policies on report writing, submission, performance, timekeeping, etc.
Provide candidate performance updates upon request of the Coordination's Manager.
Support the management of Fulkrum/candidate relations through 'care calls' during candidate assignments for agency clients.
Learn to be commercially aware when negotiating placements with candidates and clients.
Ensure adherence to all Client Service Level Agreements and Fulkrum KPIs (which may change from time to time).
Perform general administrative duties such as scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and organising files.
Assist in the preparation and distribution of reports and presentations.
Maintain and update databases and tracking systems.
Collaborate with the accounts team; this includes pro-active support of any outstanding queries.
Skills and Qualifications:
Engineering graduate, preferably in Mechanical Engineering.
Basic knowledge of project management principles.
Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
Proficiency in MS Office programs, especially Excel.
Ability to manage and develop client relationships.
Proven ability to react to high-tempo situations.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
Ability to produce high-quality work under tight deadlines.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methods.
