QAQC Executive / Engineer

• To assist in implementing the company Quality, Safety, Health, and Environmental Management System to making sure it is full compliances to International Standard, Legal compliances, local regulations and any code of practice.
• Execute the Planning and execution of ISO 9001 standard for both corporate and project site related.
• Be a Liasson parties for relevant authorities to ensure Quality matters and concerns being resolved promptly and effectively.
• Provide sound advice and guidance to support the effective implementation of Quality Management System.
• Continually improve the QSHE Management System implementation and provide sound logical applicable mitigation for QSHE related concern.
• Active participation and inspections including provided Quality audit report in all the Solar Farm.
• Propose the Quality Training program and execute the OJT training program in accordance the needs to address and mitigate risk and danger.
• Assist Project Management Team to implement and execute QAQC plan and Project Quality Plan.
• Coordinate and investigate if any Quality related incident happened and enforce remedial and preventive measure to avoid re-occurrence.
• Responsible to develop, lead and promote Total Quality Management excellent to by ensuring full compliances in accordance to QSHE related.
• To be available for communication and coordination whenever required by the organization for Quality related concern.
• Accountable for overall Quality, Safety, Health, and Environmental performance of the corporation.
• Perform inspections with records to making sure the compliances in accordance approved Methods of installation.
• Use professional knowledge and experience with leading assignments, coordination with clients, and service delivery to optimize operational efficiency and client experience.
• Assist the team Manager in assignment and management of specific tasks and work streams.
• Lead assigned sections of an engagement while report accordingly on progress, matters arising and matters of concern throughout an engagement
• Assigns work to fellow / subordinate team members based on section of assignment, while perform quality assurance reviews of work papers
• Work with team members to meet or exceed targeted utilization hours
• Assist with team management and administrative matters

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or Renewables Energy or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of relevant professional audit experience
• Demonstrate confidence and maturity to work under pressure, in a virtual setting, with an international team
• Demonstrate maturity and capability to work with fellow team members while assist to develop junior members of the team
• Self-driven and possess inclination towards use of technology for professional services
• Open to learning new technical knowledge
• Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills
• Possess competent working knowledge with audit software and advanced MS Word, MS Excel
