QAQC (Data Centre Projects) – Job Description

What You Will Do
- Establish and enforce quality standards for the construction and commissioning of mission-critical facilities.
- Develop, implement, and maintain project-specific Quality Management Plans (PQP) and Inspection Test Plans (ITPs) in compliance with ISO 9001 and project standards.
- Ensure all civil, structural, and mechanical/electrical/plumbing (MEP) work meets stringent client specifications, building codes, and safety standards.
- Conduct site inspections, manage Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), and lead Factory/Site Acceptance Tests (FAT/SAT) to achieve a zero-defect, "first-time-right" handover.

What You Will Need
- Minimum 10 years of experience in QA/QC, with at least 3-5 years specifically in mission-critical facilities or data center construction.
- Experience with Tier III or Tier IV design standards (Uptime Institute) for data centers.
- Proven experience in ground-up construction, fit-out, and particularly testing & commissioning (T&C).
- Deep technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems.
