Responsibilities:

Ensuring stream quality and reliability across multiple servers and environments

Managing internal camera configurations per specifications

Reviewing existing configurations and data for improvements

Communicating with internal stakeholders about application configuration and data requirements

Maintaining configuration (specifications) documentation

Classifying and defining various stream and audio issues

Narrowing down root cause of issues with internal tools (log’s dashboards, testing webpages, media players and similar)

Executing stream debug procedures per specifications

Maintaining and writing test cases

Requirements:

Experience in using Atlassian products

Experience in test software such as TestRail

2+ years experience in QA

Understanding of basic data structures

Experience in an ERP system would be a plus

Software Engineering tools (e.g. Postman, SQL) would be a plus

Experience using GStreamer or FFMPEG would be a plus
