He is focused on quality while providing a reliable and trustworthy services in areas of custom software development covering digital products and services development, cloud transformations and data related services (analytics, engineering and science).  In the past Marek has held also an array of positions within areas of Technology Consulting, Forensics Technology Services and Data Analytics.

Job description & summary

QA Tester responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our existing application suite through structured manual, automated, and regression testing practices, working closely with the development team throughout the software delivery lifecycle. The team’s primary focus lies in developing software applications for the financial and industry sectors. These applications empower both internal and external clients by automating their processes. Key Responsibilities 

• Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases across functional and non-functional requirements 

• Build and maintain regression test suites to support ongoing releases and application modernization efforts 

• Identify, document, and track defects through to resolution in collaboration with developers 

• Support live incidents during critical periods, assisting with triage and validation

Requirements of the role

• Manual Testing: Test case design, exploratory testing, functional and user acceptance testing (UAT) 

• Automated Testing: Hands-on experience building and maintaining automated test frameworks. (Playwright, Selenium)  

• Regression Testing: Designing and executing regression suites to validate builds and releases 

• Defect Management: Experience with defect tracking tools (e.g. Jira, Azure DevOps)

• 5+ years of professional QA/testing experience 

• Proven experience across manual, automated, and regression testing disciplines 

• Experience testing applications with a React front end and .NET back end  

• Experience with Qualitia or similar codeless/low-code test automation platforms 

• Familiarity with performance or load testing
