Release Comments: The Program Test Manager is responsible for the overall end to end program test strategy, plan and management of test execution.

Candidates need experience with OTC Derivatives and Agile Methodology. EXPERIENCE: • 5 to 7 years Test Management experience at the program level • 3 to 5 years of Trading Life Cycle and/or financial domain experience • 3 to 5 years of Agile Methodology experience • Knowledge of OTC Derivative products TECHNICAL AND DOMAIN SKILLS: • Database validation (Oracle preferred) • Web Services (SOAP/UI Testing) • XML Validation • Swift Message types and validation • Financial Accounting Systems • Asset Servicing • Experience with ALM, JIRA, and Rally as a Test Management tool • MS Office products • Mainframe
