Location: Remote (Working US Hours - 9am-5pm EST)

Key Responsibilities

• Perform quality assurance assessments to ensure compliance with internal processes and standards.
• Conduct audits of system performance, user experience, and deliverables to drive continuous improvement.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment for Quality Assurance and technical positions, sourcing and screening candidates effectively.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and assist with creating job descriptions.
• Utilize various sourcing methods to attract top talent in the QA field.
• Provide comprehensive feedback to candidates throughout the hiring process to maintain a positive experience.
• Analyze quality metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement while presenting findings to management.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Quality Assurance, Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in quality assurance and/or recruitment.
• Strong analytical skills and an eye for detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Familiarity with QA methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Proficient in applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
• A collaborative mindset and a passion for quality and talent acquisition.
