About the team and position
Carvana’s Limited Warranty is known for its customer-oriented, fast-paced environment. The 100-day Limited Warranty enhances the Carvana buying experience by protecting options against costly repairs & uncertainty. The team works very closely with internal and external partners to make the process simple and pressure free; which largely differentiates Carvana from traditional dealerships.

What you’ll be doing
• Review & triage vehicle quality issues presented by both Market Operations and Customers
• Audit the accuracy of Market Operations After Sale Repair (ASR) Cases
• Maintains a strong professional knowledge of Carvana Vehicle Standards & claims policies
• Send communications to customers providing guidance & next steps for addressing concerns
• Meet established time frames and rates of performance for the quality and quantity of work for the position.
• May coach or train less experienced claim specialists; provides guidance to other departments, as needed.
• May be called upon to support process enhancement and other projects, as needed
• Other duties as assigned
What you should have
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent education required
• 2+ years of relevant work experience
• Experience and/or working knowledge of automotive repairs preferred
• Excellent communicator with the ability to analyze trends
• Time management skills
• Detail-oriented
• Has an outgoing, upbeat, positive attitude
• Ability to learn quickly, transfer knowledge and provide valuable and actionable feedback
• Ability to operate at a high level in a dynamic, collaborative, goal-oriented and ever-changing production environment

Other requirements
To be able to do your job at Carvana, there are some basic requirements we want to share with you.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• The ability to walk/stand and sustain physical activity for extended periods of time (8+ hours).
• Must be able to stay in stationary positions for extended periods of time (when driving) up to 3 hours at a time.
• Frequently communicates with customers and must be able to exchange accurate information.
