Job Description

The Senior Software QA Engineer is responsible for planning, executing, and leading advanced quality assurance activities for TI Products and related platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain test strategies, Requirement Traceability Matrices, Test plans, and detailed Test cases to support regulatory compliance (GxP, 21 CFR Part 11)

• Strong knowledge in Test cases Design and Review, actively involving in the execution of manual and automated tests, including functional, regression and Integration Testing in web and/or Mobile applications

• Document and report defects using test management and defect-tracking tools

• Perform peer reviews of test scripts and documentation.

• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers and Release Manager to ensure that the application development is according to the quality assurance standards and on time

• Provide recommendations for improvements, including product customization, based on stakeholder feedback.

• Provide specific technical guidance on complex defects to developers and ensure timely resolution.

• Apply QA processes, methodologies, and best practices in daily tasks.

• Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) coordination and support.

• Active participation in sprint planning meetings, daily standup meetings, and other agile ceremonies to coordinate with sprint team members local and remote

• Complete any other tasks that are deemed appropriate for the role assigned by the manager/supervisor
