Position: QA / Scheduler
Working Hours: US Hours (9 AM - 5 PM EST)
Full-Time, Remote Work.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct quality assurance assessments to ensure services meet established standards.
• Review and analyze data to identify areas for improvement in service delivery.
• Manage scheduling of assessments and audits in coordination with relevant teams.
• Maintain accurate records of QA activities and participant schedules.
• Assist in the development and implementation of quality control processes.
• Communicate findings and suggestions for improvements to stakeholders.
• Respond to scheduling changes and conflicts proactively to ensure continuing operations.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Quality Assurance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in QA processes along with scheduling or administrative tasks.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in QA methodologies and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced remote environment.
• Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
