We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical QA/QC Engineer specializing in Roads Operations and Maintenance (O&M) to join our team in Doha, Qatar. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards are met in road construction and maintenance projects throughout Qatar.

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance and quality control programs for road construction and maintenance projects
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations
• Analyze test results, identify quality issues, and recommend corrective actions
• Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to resolve quality-related concerns
• Prepare comprehensive QA/QC reports and maintain accurate documentation
• Stay updated on local and international road construction and maintenance standards
• Train and mentor team members on quality assurance best practices
• Participate in project planning meetings to provide input on quality-related matters
• Ensure adherence to Qatar's construction regulations and international quality standards

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in QA/QC roles, preferably in road construction or maintenance projects
• In-depth knowledge of quality assurance and quality control methodologies
• Proficiency in QA/QC software and tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and reporting abilities
• Familiarity with project management principles
• Experience with international quality standards and regulations
• In-depth knowledge of road construction materials, techniques, and maintenance practices
• Understanding of local and international road safety standards and regulations
• Familiarity with local construction practices and regulations in Qatar is highly desirable
