QA (Performance Testing & Engg)

SonSoft Inc. is a USA based corporation duly organized under the laws of the Commonwealth of Georgia. SonSoft Inc is growing at a steady pace specializing in the fields of Software Development, Software Consultancy and Information Technology Enabled Services.

• 4+ years of strong experience in developing Work Load Patterns, Estimations, Develop Performance Strategy and implement them.
• Strong expertise in load test tools - HP Performance Center, Jmeter APM tools like Dynatrace, App Dynamics Experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of Performance troubleshooting (heap dump & thread dump analysis) is preferred.
• Ability to identify performance bottlenecks from issues – complement development team in speedy analysis/root cause of performance issues is preferred.
• Ability to lead performance optimization efforts with a strong command of complex performance issues and the ability to direct component owners (network, database, app dev, server OS/WAS, storage, etc.) is a plus
• Nice to have Mobile performance testing experience.
• Should have strong coordination, communication & reporting, analytical skills.
• Should have Strong leadership skills.
• Should have experience in Agile and DevOps methodology, micro-services, Angular js etc.

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
• At least 4+ years of experience in Performance Testing & Engineering activities.
