QA Lead

We are looking for a QA Lead to join our development team on our mission to revolutionize the continuum of care through our all-in-one foodservice management technology.

As part of our Development team, your mission is to stay on top of the latest releases, contribute to projects, and deliver the best quality solutions for our customers.

A day in the life as a QA Lead:

• Lead QA activities across multiple projects/releases in an Agile environment.
• Mentor and guide junior and mid-level QA team members in best practices, test case design, and defect management.
• Design, execute, and review detailed test plans and test cases based on product requirements and user stories.
• Work collaboratively with developers, product owners, and other stakeholders to understand features and define quality goals.
• Manage defect lifecycle, lead bug triage meetings, and ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Utilizes automation frameworks to implement and execute test cases
• Drive continuous improvements in QA processes, tools, and standards.
• Ensure proper usage of tools like Jira, TestRail, and Confluence for test management and documentation.
• Stay informed of industry trends in QA and bring new ideas to the table.

If the below describe your knowledge, experience and character, this role could be for you:

• 5+ years of experience in software testing, both on web and mobile applications.
• At least 2 years in a QA lead role, managing tasks or mentoring peers.
• Solid understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies.
• Experience with tools like Jira, TestRail, and Confluence.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to extract test scenarios from complex requirements.
• Experience collaborating closely with developers, product owners, and other business stakeholders.
• Strong communication, leadership, and time-management skills.
• Detail-oriented with a passion for quality and problem-solving.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks effectively.
• Must be able to work flexible hours to coordinate with an international team.

• Familiarity with API testing and SQL.
• ISTQB certification or similar QA credentials.
