The SQA Lead is responsible for leading the quality assurance efforts across multiple projects or product lines, ensuring that software applications meet the highest standards of quality, compliance, and performance.
This role involves hands-on testing, test planning, test Automation, mentoring QA team members, and coordinating with cross-functional teams. The SQA Lead serves as the bridge between SQA Analysts and Management, driving test strategy, process improvements, and effective defect management.

Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage a team of QA analysts (Junior and Senior) in planning, execution, and reporting of QA activities.
• Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies and plans aligned with project requirements and timelines, also defines test objectives, scope, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge in Test cases Design and Review, actively involving in the execution of manual and automated tests, including functional, regression and Integration Testing in Web and/or Mobile applications, also balancing risk-based testing approaches
• Analyze test results, identify defects, and ensure timely resolution, Report on testing progress, coverage, and quality metrics to stakeholders.
• Ensure QA deliverables comply with regulatory standards (21 CFR Part 11, GxP, ICH guidelines) where applicable.
• Coordinate test environment setup, data preparation, and test execution activities
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers and Release Manager to ensure that the application development is according to the quality assurance standards and on time
• Lead defect triage meetings and ensure timely resolution of critical issues
• Mentor junior and senior QA team members, promoting best practices in testing, documentation, and compliance.
• Contribute to process improvements by identifying gaps in QA lifecycle and implementing solutions
• Support UAT planning and execution with business stakeholders
• Ensure readiness for audits and regulatory inspections by maintaining QA documentation
• Complete any other tasks that are deemed appropriate for the role assigned by the manager/supervisor
