Job Description

QA HVAC Inspector

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Higher Engineering Degree (Mechanical / HVAC)

• Minimum 10 years of relevant industrial experience, including 6 years in HVAC inspection

• Minimum 5 years inspection experience, with 2 years in inspection supervision

• In-depth knowledge of HVAC construction, installation, testing, and commissioning standards

• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Systems

• Familiar with applicable international and US standards

• Fluent in English (spoken and written)

• Computer proficiency (MS Office)

Certifications (Preferred):

• Relevant HVAC inspection or mechanical quality certifications

• NDT Level II (ASNT) where applicable

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor HVAC quality activities across all project stages

• Inspect HVAC materials, equipment, and installations

• Witness onsite/offsite tests and FATs

• Review contractor QA/QC documentation

• Raise NCRs and support early issue resolution

• Ensure compliance with COMPANY engineering requirements and specifications

• Provide guidance and training to project teams when required
