Salary range: Rs 400000 - Rs 1000000 (ie INR 4 - 10 LPA)

We are seeking a meticulously detail-oriented QA Engineer with excellent communication abilities and adept at demonstrating product features to ensure the quality of our products while confidently presenting their benefits to clients and internal teams. The ideal candidate should possess robust software testing experience along with hands-on experience using AI tools to boost productivity and improve testing efficiency.

Requirements:
Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement test plans, test cases, and test scenarios to guarantee the quality, functionality, and reliability of both web and product-based applications.
• Conduct manual testing, regression testing, integration testing, and support UAT prior to product launches.
• Identify, document, and monitor bugs and defects using issue tracking tools, collaborating with developers to ensure prompt resolutions.
• Deliver clear and compelling product demonstrations to clients and internal stakeholders, effectively communicating product features and workflows to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Collect insights and feedback from demos and provide enhancement suggestions to the Product and Engineering teams.
• Assist in crafting demo scripts, product walkthroughs, and user documentation.
• Utilize AI-driven tools to enhance testing efficiency, generate test cases, analyze bugs, and automate routine tasks.
• Remain informed about emerging AI and QA tools to consistently enhance testing processes and overall productivity.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and leadership teams throughout sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and release cycles.
• Clearly relay testing progress, potential risks, and quality insights to stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance or Testing roles.
• Thorough understanding of manual testing methodologies and QA processes.
• Familiarity with bug tracking and test management tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail, Zephyr, etc.).
• Outstanding communication and presentation abilities with proficiency in conducting product demonstrations confidently.
• Experience in testing web applications, SaaS products, or product-based platforms.
• Knowledge of API testing tools like Postman or similar.
• Experience utilizing AI tools (ChatGPT, AI testing tools, automation assistants, etc.) to enhance productivity.
• Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills.
• Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively in fast-paced settings.

Nice to Have

Exposure to AI-assisted testing frameworks or tools.
Experience with automation testing tools (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, etc.).
Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
