THE ROLE
We are looking for a Test Engineer with high levels of critical thinking, attention to detail, user experience sensibility and knowledge on test automation technonogies and continuous delivery processes. If you come to the team, you will learn our business flows and user interface aspects of our applications, how to navigate in our codebase and help us to identify quality weaknesses. Combining the latest technologies, agile way of working and the continuous striving for the best solution, we will build a world-class e-commerce platform. You will also contribute to the unique culture that is all about people.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
• Advocate for quality within development teams
• Make testing part of the teams' development process
• Interface with Engineering, Product, Design, Infrastructure and Data teams
• Review software requirements and technical specification documentation
• Coach other team engineers on quality and test automation best practices
• Contribute to our Farfetch quality, continuous delivery process and infrastructure.

WHO YOU ARE:
• Knowledge of object-oriented programming languages like C# or Java
• Used to specify and run scenarios and test cases (manual and automatic)
• Used to write algorithms and report bugs
• Experience in bug management tools
• Knowledge of databases and version control systems
• Knowledge about CI/CD processes
• Experience in UI and API automated tests is a plus
• Experience in Accessibility and Performance testing is a plus
• Proficient in written and spoken English.
