You will ensure the quality of newly developed web, mobile, and kiosk applications, integrations with legacy and third-party systems, and a modern ecosystem built with Vercel, MuleSoft, and Contentful.
You’ll collaborate closely with developers, experience designers, product managers, architects, and data engineers to support end-to-end delivery of product slices that enable personalized guest journeys and real-time experience orchestration across multiple properties.
Key Responsibilities
• Review requirements and user stories; define clear, testable acceptance criteria.
• Create and maintain test cases and test data for web, mobile, and kiosk applications.
• Perform functional, regression, exploratory, usability, and integration testing to ensure full coverage.
• Execute manual testing across multiple browsers, devices, and environments.
• Identify, document, and track defects; validate fixes and ensure build stability.
• Provide clear testing reports and communicate quality status to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with developers, designers, architects, and product managers throughout the SDLC.
• Participate in sprint ceremonies and align QA activities with delivery goals.
• Support integration testing with third-party and legacy systems.
• Use test management and issue tracking tools (Jira, TestRail, etc.) and maintain documentation.
• Contribute to QA process improvements and identify scenarios for future automation.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience in manual software testing.
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, testing types, and best practices.
• Experience testing web and/or mobile applications in Agile environments.
• Test case design and management.
• Proficiency with test management and bug-tracking tools (Jira, TestRail, etc.).
• Ability to test integrations, APIs (basic), and multi-system workflows.
• Understanding of cross-browser, responsive, and usability testing.
• Familiarity with cloud-native application architecture principles.
• Upper-Intermediate English (written and spoken) for daily communication with international teams.
Nice to Have
• Experience with API testing tools (Postman, REST/GraphQL familiarity), experience with JMeter.
• Exposure to automation concepts or frameworks (Cypress, Playwright, Appium).
• Experience testing kiosk or hardware-related interfaces.
• Familiarity with Contentful or other headless CMS systems.
• Experience testing complex, multi-system environments or enterprise-scale products.
• Background in testing integrations using middleware platforms (e.g., MuleSoft).
Soft Skills & Personal Competencies
We’re looking for someone who embodies the team culture of this program:
• Collaborative mindset – works effectively with cross-functional teammates.
• Clear communication – articulates issues and ideas with precision.
• Comfort with ambiguity – thrives in evolving requirements and complex systems.
• Product thinking – cares about user impact and outcomes, not just test steps.
• Proactive problem-solving – anticipates risks and raises concerns early.
• Adaptability – quickly adjusts to shifting priorities and new contexts.
• Attention to detail – ensures quality across every user flow.
