We are looking for a talented QA Engineer specialized in Database and ETL testing to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our data processes by validating ETL workflows, database functionalities, and data integrity across our platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute thorough testing strategies for ETL processes and database functionalities.
• Understand the data flow and transformation logic to create impactful test cases.
• Perform data validation and verification to ensure accuracy and consistency of data across multiple systems.
• Write SQL queries to validate ETL outputs and data integrity in relational databases.
• Collaborate with data engineers and developers to identify and resolve data quality issues.
• Identify, document, and track defects and test results in a bug tracking system.
• Participate in requirement gathering, sprint planning, and project retrospectives.

Requirements:
Key Requirements:

• 5-8 years of experience in QA engineering, specifically in ETL and database testing.
• Strong knowledge of ETL processes, data warehousing concepts, and database testing.
• Proficient in writing complex SQL queries and understanding database concepts.
• Experience in using ETL tools such as Informatica, Talend, or similar technologies.
• Familiarity with testing frameworks and tools for automation is a plus.
• Excellent analytical skills to interpret data and identify testing requirements.
• Strong communication skills to articulate issues and collaborate with the team effectively.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
