QA Engineer - Cards

About The Role

We're looking for a QA Engineer to join our card issuance team. You'll ensure the quality of our cards product from cards management to card transactions and settlement.

In this role, you will plan, design, and develop test cases for both manual and automated testing across frontend and backend systems. You’ll work closely with software engineers, product managers, and compliance experts to develop high-impact test suites that safeguard the integrity and compliance of our products.

What You Will Do

• Analyze product requirements and collaborate with stakeholders to define test strategies for high-impact features.

• Design and develop test cases for both manual and automated testing across frontend and backend applications.

• Work closely with development teams, product managers, and other QAs to integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline.

• Identify quality risks and proactively raise concerns during planning and design phases.

• Participate in test case design, test data preparation, test execution, and the development of automated testing scripts.

• Propose optimizations to improve testing and development workflows.

What We Are Looking For

• At least 1 year of experience in a related field

• Familiarity with automated test development using well known tools (e.g. cucumber, playwright)

• Proficient in web application and API testing, with the ability to independently design, write, and execute test cases

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and related tools (e.g., GitHub Actions)

• Experience in implementing agentic AI for test automation

• Familiarity with programming languages such as Javascript / Typescript and / or Java

• Excellent problem-solving skills
