🧩 About the Role

We’re looking for a QA Engineer who can help us deliver exceptional product quality with speed and confidence. In this role, you’ll work closely with our engineers, designers, and product managers to ensure every release is tested, stable, and meets expectations. You’ll own the end-to-end testing process, combining automated and manual testing strategies to catch issues before they reach our users.

The ideal candidate has experience writing automated UI tests using frameworks like Playwright or Datadog Synthetic Monitoring, but isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves for hands-on manual testing when needed.

Requirements:
🎯 What You’ll Do

• Write, maintain, and execute automated end-to-end tests using tools like Playwright or Datadog Synthetics
• Perform exploratory and manual testing to validate new features across web and mobile
• Identify, document, and track bugs through to resolution
• Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand requirements and define test coverage
• Participate in sprint planning and ensure test cases align with acceptance criteria
• Help improve our CI/CD testing pipeline and quality gates
• Build out QA documentation and best practices as we scale

🔍 What You’ll Bring

• 2–5 years of QA experience in a software development environment
• Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks (e.g., Playwright, Cypress, Selenium)
• Familiarity with Datadog Synthetics or similar browser monitoring tools
• Comfortable writing, organizing, and executing manual test cases
• Strong attention to detail and curiosity to find edge cases and break things
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum workflows and sprint-based development
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset

⭐️ Nice to Have

• Experience testing modern web apps built with React, Next.js, or similar frameworks
• Experience working in a startup or high-growth product team
• Exposure to CI/CD tools like GitHub Actions, CircleCI, or Azure Pipelines
• Familiarity with API testing tools like Postman or REST Assured
• Understanding of accessibility testing principles and browser compatibility
