We are seeking an experienced, skilled and passionate QA engineer to ensure that our cloud products and services meet the highest standards of quality, security, and reliability. The successful candidate will have a technical background in networking, Software Defined Networks (SDN), cloud computing, quality assurance, and software development and will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements

Tasks

• Perform test planning and test case design.

• Execute test plans both manually and automated.

• Perform Functional, Regression and Performance testing.

• Do defect reporting.

• Verify that the software meets the specified requirements, including a positive user experience.

• Write test case documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the technical field of software development, preferably in QA automation.

• Good knowledge of the Python language, also experience with CI/CD pipelines.

• Proficient in using GIT for version control, including command-line operations, branch management, and repository handling.

• Good knowledge of cloud computing, including cloud infrastructure and platform services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Ionos Cloud) and cloud-based software (e.g., IaaS, PaaS, or SaaS).

• Good knowledge of Linux, Networking, TCP/IP protocol family, SDN and VNF technologies.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of Virtualization Technologies, Kubernetes, Micro Services, and Containers.
