Buscamos un Quality, Audit & Compliance Coordinator para asegurar la calidad, precisión y cumplimiento de la documentación clínica. Responsabilidades
Auditoría de historias clínicas y documentación médica. Identificación de brechas y mejoras. Elaboración de reportes de calidad y cumplimiento. Coordinación con equipos clínicos y administrativos. Gestión de logs, métricas y procesos de calidad. Apoyo en iniciativas de compliance y capacitaciones.
Requisitos Ingles y Español (Indispensable) Conocimiento en HIPAA, Joint Commission, CMS. Experiencia con EHR y auditoría de registros médicos. Excel avanzado. Atención al detalle, organización y comunicación efectiva.
