QA Automation Testing(SOA and Parasoft)

Job Description:-
• In this role, you will act as a validation and quality assurance expert and review the functionality of existing systems
• You will conduct requirement analysis, define test strategy & design and lead execution to guarantee superior outcomes. You will also be required to design an optimal test environment to simulate real-time scenarios

• Location for this position is Austin, TX. This position may require travel 

Preferred Skills :-
• At least 4 years of hands on combined experience in Manual Functional, Regression, Automation and End to End testing of Web services, Web-based & desktop applications.
• At least 4 years of strong experience on Functional and Automation testing.
• At least 2 years of experience in Automated Webservices testing using Parasoft SOA
• At least 2 years of experience in Functional automation tools like Selenium, Coded UI, UFT
• At least 4 yrs of experience in preparing the Test Plan documents for major projects
• At least 4 yrs of experience in writing Test cases covering all the business functionalities.
• At least 2 years of experience of preparing Test Approach/Test Strategy documents
• At least one year of experience in performing End to End testing involving multiple channels and stake holders
• Hands-on experience in preparing the Regression test suite.
• Very good understanding of the test data management.
• Good knowledge of Capital Markets domain and Trade life cycle (different asset types)
• Good to have experience in Agile methodology
• Ability to work in team environment and client interfacing skills.
• Proactive in analyzing the current processes and practices and suggest/ drive improvements.
• Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment .
Analytical skills .
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.

Basic Qualifications :-

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
