Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Conduct technical interviews to assess candidates' expertise in QA automation, including their knowledge of testing frameworks, automation tools, and best practices.
• Collaborate with recruitment teams to design and refine interview questions and assessment techniques that accurately evaluate candidates' technical skills and fit for QA automation roles.
• Provide detailed feedback and candidate evaluations to hiring managers, aiding in the decision-making process for QA automation hires.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in QA automation to ensure the relevance and effectiveness of interview questions and techniques.

Requirements:
• Proven experience in QA automation, with a deep understanding of automation testing tools such as Selenium, TestComplete, Cypress, or similar.
• Experience with programming languages relevant to automation testing, such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
• Prior experience in technical interviewing, mentoring, or coaching is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly and provide constructive feedback.
• Ability to handle interviews with professionalism and impartiality.
• Proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
