Role Overview
Lead quality engineering for the IGA Connectors team, responsible for building a scalable connector framework and out-of-the-box (OOTB) integrations with enterprise systems (SaaS apps, directories, HR systems). You will define QA strategy, drive automation, and ensure high-quality delivery of API-driven, integration-heavy components in a cloud-native SaaS environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Own QA strategy and architecture for the connector framework, SDKs, and extensibility model
• Commit to the quality of all released content
• Take an active role in process inspection and continuous improvement
• Plan, define, and execute tests as part of team QA related activities
• Maintain and prioritize open issues and bugs to ensure effective tracking and resolution
• Define and execute testing for OOTB connectors, ensuring seamless integration with external systems
• Validate end-to-end identity flows: provisioning, reconciliation, entitlement sync, and JML (joiner-mover-leaver) scenarios
• Lead API and contract testing (REST APIs, webhooks, schema validation, error handling, throttling)
• Design and build automation frameworks and test utilities, including mocks/simulations for external systems
• Ensure data integrity and mapping accuracy across source and target systems
• Test for scale, performance, and resilience (bulk operations, retries, partial failures, outages)
• Integrate QA into CI/CD pipelines and DevOps workflows, enforcing quality gates
• Perform deep debugging, log analysis, and root cause investigation across distributed systems
• Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and platform teams to drive a quality-first mindset

Required Qualifications
• 3+ more years experience as a QA Architect/Lead
• 10+ years in QA with strong focus on API and integration testing
• Hands-on experience with test automation (Python or similar)
• Experience testing SaaS platforms and distributed systems
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, data validation, and system-level testing
• Solid knowledge of QA methodologies, SDLC, and Agile practices
• Proactive mindset and a passion for excellence and continuous improvement
• Curiosity and self-learning skills; ability to collaborate cross-functionally
• Soft skills:• Excellent time management and ability to deliver high-quality results on schedule
• Proactive by nature; internal drive for excellence and improvement

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in IGA/IAM or identity security domain
• Familiarity with SCIM, LDAP, OAuth, SAML
• Experience testing connectors, middleware, or integration platforms
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS) and CI/CD tools
