About the Role

The QA Analyst ensures that software contains no errors by testing and analyzing development data. Most work will be done independently but will also work collaboratively with the QA manager and development team. Responsibilities

Test web, desktop, handheld, and mobile applications.

Identify, communicate, and troubleshoot restraints and roadblocks.

Work with the business, developers, and project managers to produce quality products.

Develop and execute test automation using frameworks and custom tools.

Provide internal technical support.

Ensure quality in design and delivery within deadlines.

Ideal Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field and/or 2-3 years of relevant work experience.

Some knowledge of HTML, SQL, JavaScript, and .NET (C#).

Ability to write PowerShell scripts and Selenium testing scripts in C#, Groovy, or JavaScript.

Proficiency in logging and following up on reported bugs in the issue tracking system.

Some knowledge in automation testing and its ideologies.

Experience with NUnit, iOS, and Android SDKs is a plus.

Proficiency in Test Design & Development and Debugging & Troubleshooting.

Familiarity with Git or other Version Control Systems.

Detail-oriented, organized, and able to prioritize multiple requests.

Flexibility to fill in for different responsibilities as needed.
