Job Description

Position: Automation Testing Engineer (Python, Selenium)

Location: Multiple locations available

Experience: 3-7 years

We are looking for a skilled Automation Testing Engineer with a strong background in Python and Selenium to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing and executing automated test cases while adhering to the software development life cycle (SDLC) processes. You will work closely with development teams to enhance product quality through efficient testing practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using Python and Selenium.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) to provide insights on testing requirements and automation strategies.
• Design and perform functional and regression testing of applications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify test scenarios and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Utilize version control systems like Git for managing code changes and testing artifacts.
• Monitor and report on testing progress and results to project stakeholders.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing practices and automation frameworks.

Requirements:

• 3-7 years of experience in Automation Testing with strong proficiency in Python and Selenium.
• Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and its impact on testing processes.
• Experience in designing and implementing test automation frameworks.
• Good knowledge of Git or similar version control systems.
• Experience with bug tracking tools and test management software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus.
