We’re a team of 500+ professionals who develop cutting-edge proxy and web data scraping solutions for thousands of the world’s best known businesses, including Fortune 500 companies.

What’s in store for you:
You’ll be solving complex challenges and maintaining our own infrastructure with 60PB+ monthly data traffic. Here are its scale and maturity in numbers:

- 6PB+ Ceph storage
- 60PB+ monthly data traffic through our systems
- 300k+ service requests/sec processed
- 500k+ Kafka messages/sec streamed

Your day-to-day::
• Understand product and business requirements and design effective technical solutions.

• Implement and document medium to large-scale features.

• Design and build scalable, high-performance systems handling large traffic volumes.

• Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code.

• Take ownership of technical decisions and clearly justify them.

• Collaborate closely with an international team (in English).

• Troubleshoot issues, resolve bugs, and mitigate production incidents.

• Perform and participate in code reviews to ensure high-quality standards.

Tech Stack: :
• Web app: Python, Flask

• Databases: Postgres, Redis, Clickhouse

• Hosting: GCP, Datapacket, Hetzner

• Scraping tools: Puppeteer, Playwright

• Tools & analytics: Datadog, Grafana

Your skills & experience::
• Proven experience building and maintaining Python web applications at scale.

• Solid understanding of system design, including performance optimization, scalability, and reliability.

• Hands-on experience with API design (REST or similar) and working with high-throughput systems.

• Strong knowledge of databases (SQL and/or NoSQL), including performance tuning and data modeling.

• Experience working with cloud infrastructure and production environments.

• Ability to analyze complex problems, break them down, and deliver practical, efficient solutions.

• Comfortable taking ownership of features- from design to deployment and monitoring.

• Strong debugging skills and experience handling production incidents.

• Fluent English (spoken and written) for smooth collaboration in an international team.

• Excellent communication skills - able to explain technical decisions clearly and work effectively with others.

Salary::
• Gross salary: 3200 - 6000 EUR/month. Keep in mind that we are open to discussing a different salary based on your skills and experience.
