Requirements:
Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend applications using Python
• Build scalable APIs and services to support frontend and third-party integrations
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability
• Troubleshoot and debug issues across the development lifecycle
• Work with databases to design schemas, write queries, and ensure data integrity
• Integrate external services, APIs, and third-party tools
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving development standards
• Maintain documentation for code, processes, and system architecture
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Python and backend development

What Makes You a Great Fit

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in Python development
• Strong proficiency in Python and understanding of its frameworks (such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI)
• Experience in building RESTful APIs and backend services
• Familiarity with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or NoSQL systems
• Understanding of version control systems like Git
• Basic knowledge of cloud platforms or deployment practices is an advantage
