We are Looking for Python & Coding Experts (Fully Remote)

🔹 Position - Python & Coding Experts
🔹 Compensation - Up to US$40/hour (but paid per completed task involving multiple hours)
🔹 Flexible, part-time collaboration (20+ hrs/week)

We’re hiring strong Python developers to work on real-world software engineering tasks. This is hands-on coding and debugging work to create training data for LLM post-training. You’ll work directly with production-like codebases and engineering problems that require careful reasoning and disciplined execution.

🔧 What you’ll do

- Complete coding and debugging tasks in real Python codebases
- Read, understand, and reason about existing software systems
- Debug issues using logs, traces, and runtime behavior
- Work in Docker and Linux environments
