Position overview

We are looking for a Professional Services Engineer with strong technical expertise to join our team and drive the successful integration and deployment of our SaaS-based solutions into customer environments. In this role, you will work at the crossroads of technical delivery and customer success, collaborating closely with Delivery Managers and Engineering teams.

You will be responsible for designing and implementing technical integrations with our customers like Identity and Access Management (IAM), other systems integration like flight schedule services or other customer specific platforms to meet customer business needs.

Missions

Collaborate with Customer Delivery Managers and Sales Engineers during the pre-sales and post-sales phases to define technical requirements and delivery plans.
Design and implement integration components, focusing on business data flows, and platform extensions.
Write detailed technical specifications, integration architectures, and configuration guidelines for internal and external audiences.
Participate to customer technical workshops to define requirements, validate architectures, and support project kick-offs.
Develop automation scripts and tools (primarily in Python) to support deployment, customization, and data integration activities.
Run customer acceptance of the delivered components.
Maintain and expand internal technical documentation and reusable integration assets.

Technical Skills

Proficient in Python for automation, API integration, and system customization (3+ years experience)Solid knowledge of RESTful APIs, JSON, authentication flows, and secure system integration practices.
Familiarity with Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker) and data integration methods (ETL processes, data APIs).Good understanding of cloud platforms (AWS preffered) and SaaS solution architectures.
Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, VPN, DNS) and system administration (Linux) knowledge.
Experience with collaboration and project tracking tools (Jira, Confluence, Git).

Customer-oriented mindset, with a focus on delivering high-quality, scalable, and maintainable solutions.
