At AI-Blox, we design and build high-performance, modular hardware for edge AI applications. As we scale, operational excellence and supply chain reliability become mission-critical. That’s why we’re looking for a Purchasing Manager to take ownership of our procurement strategy, supplier relationships, and inventory management.

You’ll play a key role in ensuring the right components are available at the right time, at the right quality and cost - enabling our engineering and production teams to deliver cutting-edge hardware to the market.

Your Mission

🚀 How you'll make an impact:

• Own and optimize the end-to-end purchasing process for electronic and hardware components
• Manage and improve our ERP system (NetSuite) to ensure accurate purchasing, stock, and supplier data
• Drive MRP processes to guarantee material availability aligned with production planning
• Lead supplier selection, negotiations, evaluation, and development
• Build strong, long-term partnerships with suppliers while ensuring competitive pricing and quality standards
• Oversee inventory management and stock optimization to balance availability and cash efficiency
• Ensure compliance with quality principles, documentation standards, and internal processes
• Develop and maintain structured purchasing forms, procedures, and reporting
• Collaborate closely with engineering, operations, and finance to support scaling production

Requirements:
🧩 What makes you a great fit:

• 5+ years of experience in purchasing or procurement, ideally within electronics or hardware environments; Master’s degree preferred
• Strong experience with ERP systems (NetSuite experience is a strong plus)
• Solid understanding of MRP and production-driven purchasing
• Proven track record in supplier management and supplier negotiations
• Experience with stock management and inventory optimization
• Strong knowledge of quality principles and structured documentation processes
• Structured, detail-oriented, combined with a strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
• Team player comfortable working in a fast-paced, scaling tech startup
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
