The Purchasing Intern will support the Purchasing Department in daily procurement activities, supplier coordination, and administrative tasks. This role provides hands-on experience in purchasing processes, supplier management, and supply chain operations within a professional environment.
A. Assist in the purchase order creation and follow-up process.
B. Support communication with suppliers regarding pricing, delivery dates, and documentation.
C. Help track orders, deliveries, and inventory status.
D. Maintain and update purchasing records, databases, and reports.
E. Assist in supplier evaluation and comparison of quotes.
F. Support the purchasing team with administrative and analytical tasks.
G. Ensure compliance with internal purchasing policies and procedures.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in business administration, International Business, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
· Basic knowledge of purchasing or supply chain processes is a plus.
· English level (written and verbal).
· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
· Strong organizational and communication skills.
· Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
