About the Role
• Perform vendor research and selection to enhance profitability, reduce operating costs, and boost efficiency
• Maintain and build relationships with vendor and supervise vendor activities
• Manage and review purchase orders, oversee shipping and receiving schedules and maintain purchase and credit records
• Track and order of parts in vendor portals to provide updates internally for all Branch locations
• Review open sales orders in our system and commit any available inventory
• Review completed jobs and reconcile between our software and CRM/production tracking system
Key Qualifications
• 1+ years office/administrative experience
• Experience using Outlook and other Microsoft Office programs and the ability to learn other computer programs
• Strong verbal and written communication and customer service skills with an expertise in problem resolution
• Exceptional multi-tasking skills with great attention to detail and an ability to prioritize tasks
