Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized purchasing and contract management coordinator to join our global procurement team. The successful candidate will focus on indirect purchases, primarily software, and act as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders. This role requires strong legal knowledge and the ability to manage supplier compliance and contracts effectively. The position is based in Tunis, but you will collaborate with colleagues across multiple international offices.
Principal Duties & Responsibilities:
Software Procurement Support
Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders regarding software and related service purchases.
Guide stakeholders through internal approval workflows.
Support commercial negotiations where needed.
Contract Management
Review purchase contracts, identify risks, and support negotiation of contractual terms.
Track contract lifecycles and proactively manage renewals to secure the best commercial outcomes.
Filing, maintenance and organization of the contract database.
Supplier & Compliance Management
Manage the onboarding process for new suppliers, ensuring all required documentation and validations are completed.
Ensure ongoing supplier compliance with legal, financial, and security requirements (including ISO 27001).
Maintain accurate and structured supplier documentation and records.
Cross Functional Collaboration
Work closely with legal, finance, IT, Data Privacy and Information Security teams.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the procurement department.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education and Experience: bachelor’s degree required in business administration, legal or related field. In addition, any combination of education, experience and training which provides the following knowledge, skills, and abilities:
2-3 years purchase contract management or legal experience
Strong attention to detail
Excellent analytical, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Highly motivated with a willingness to take initiative and complete assignments
Proactive, solution driven, and comfortable interacting with stakeholders at all levels
Mind for process improvement to support future growth and scaling
Ability to work collaboratively in a global team environment
Fluent in English
Fluency in French is preferred, but not required
