Purchasing Administrator – Technical Procurement (m/f/d)

Support our team as a Purchasing Administrator – Technical Procurement (m/f/d) and help ensure a reliable material supply for our production operations.

What awaits you at Mynaric:
• Creation, maintenance, and continuous update of material master data, vendor master data, purchasing info records, and pricing conditions in SAP (S/4HANA)
• Support of the operational purchasing team in the preparation and processing of purchase orders (e.g. maintenance of order data, delivery dates, and price lists)
• Independent responsibility for ensuring high data quality and completeness across all purchasing-related SAP modules
• Review and tracking of master data changes, including plausibility and completeness checks
• Close collaboration with Purchasing, Logistics, Finance, and IT to ensure consistent and reliable data flows
• Support in generating evaluations, reports, and analyses from SAP (e.g. pricing, suppliers, materials), as well as participation in SAP optimization initiatives
• Documentation of processes and maintenance of work instructions within the area of responsibility

What you bring with you:
• Completed commercial vocational training (e.g. industrial clerk, office management clerk) or a comparable qualification
• Initial professional experience in a purchasing-related administrative role or in master data management
• Confident handling of SAP, ideally S/4HANA, and MS Excel
• Strong affinity for data, systems, and processes
• Highly structured, careful, and independent working style with a strong sense of quality and responsibility
• Enjoyment of communication and collaboration with various departments
• Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
