Who will you be working with?

Our best-in-class supply chain team combines knowledge of customers’ needs with deep domain expertise and tenured experience to deliver our products.

How will you make a difference?

As a member of the supply chain team, you will be responsible to contact with supplier to take care the process cycle of Purchase ordering, track the PO delivery of timely supply for production or installation on site.

 

What do we want to know about you?

• 1.    Bachelor degree holder with knowledge of procurement and commercial trading.
• Has ERP knowledge
• Has Planning concepts, specially the Sales & Operations Planning and the Master Production Schedules
• Has practiced Continuous Improvement/ PDCA tools: Pareto, 5 why….
• Mastering of Excel and PowerPoint
• Above 3 years working experience on the procurement job;
• Good planning skillet, basic training of supply chain knowledge is a plus

 

What will your typical day look like?

• Assures a strong forward communication to suppliers and a timely placement of PO’s together
• with order acknowledgement
• Monitors the orders to be sure that the materials are delivered in the specified amount of time
• Tracks the action messages generated by ERP system
• Has the knowledge to identify supplier bottlenecks for the our products
• Monthly root cause analysis of supplier OTD performance and define the related action plan
• Agrees with the Supplier, an OTD progress objectives with the related time frame and Monitors the progress
• Inspects goods upon delivery to ensure the level of quality and quantity, and to ensure adherence to specifications
• Matches the invoice, material receipt and PO, and provide to Finance for payment arrangement
• Identifies the Suppliers not able to progress for De-sourcing
