Punch-Out Coordinator / Warranty Technician

If you’re detail-oriented, organized, and enjoy tackling challenges head-on, we have the perfect opportunity for you! Valor Communities is seeking a dedicated Punch-Out Coordinator / Warranty Technician to join our growing Panama City Beach and surrounding area team.

What You’ll Do
This hybrid role combines final punch-out responsibilities with post-closing warranty support. You’ll play a critical role in delivering a polished product to new homeowners and ensuring their satisfaction long after closing.
Responsibilities include:
Completing punch-out work and ensuring homes meet Valor’s high standards before closing.
Performing warranty service requests, including minor plumbing, drywall, and paint repairs.
Coordinating with builders, contractors, and homeowners to schedule and complete work efficiently.
Troubleshooting issues and providing prompt, professional resolutions.
Maintaining accurate documentation and using company software to track work orders and completion.
Traveling between communities in the South Atlanta area to support multiple projects.
Qualifications
Prior experience in residential construction, punch-out, or warranty work strongly preferred.
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering flawless results.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Certificate or degree in construction management, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or related field are a plus ... or at least 2 years of relevant professional experience.
Requirements
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Ability to travel between communities within the Panama City market.
Must provide basic construction tools necessary to perform daily tasks.
Availability to occasionally work weekends or extended hours as needed.
Compensation and Benefits
Total compensation range: $70,000 – $80,000 per year (base salary + allowances + potential performance incentives)
