Position Summary
The Pulverizing Operator (Crushing & Fine Particles) is responsible for crushing, screening, weighing, and packaging finished polymer products. This includes controlling fine powder content, monitoring particle size, coordinating with drying operations, and ensuring product quality and packaging integrity.
Main Responsibilities
Weigh, package, and nitrogen-treat finished products according to process requirements.
Inspect particle size and fine powder levels every 30 minutes during crushing to ensure compliance with product standards.
Continuously monitor crushing performance and material moisture; promptly communicate with Drying Operators to adjust drying parameters as needed.
Maintain clean packaging surfaces and collect finished products promptly to prevent material loss.
Adjust fine powder levels reasonably to reduce fine powder output and improve product yield.
Do not modify or remove packaging system filter screens; ensure no foreign debris enters finished product to avoid quality incidents.
Keep accurate operational records and complete proper shift handover.
Perform other tasks assigned by workshop leadership.
Qualifications
High school diploma or above
Training in safety management, workshop management, and 6S
Demonstrates strong attention to detail and operational precision
Maintains a high level of discipline, accountability, and responsibility in all tasks
Strong commitment to safety, with consistent adherence to safety protocols
Reliable, professional, and able to execute procedures accurately and consistently
Strong communication and coordination skills
Language Requirement
English Level: A2 (Basic Operational English)
Ability to understand and use everyday expressions related to work tasks.
Ability to communicate operational issues using simple words and phrases.
Ability to read basic work instructions with the support of diagrams or visual aids.

Work Environment: Indoor/Outdoor polymerization areas
Work Schedule: Rotating shifts (3/2 system)
