In the Townsville suburb of Rasmussen, Upper Ross Hotel offers a range of facilities for everyone to enjoy. Nestled on Riverway Drive, just near the banks of the Ross River, we’re the ideal place to settle in with family and friends.

If you’ve been coming for a while, we probably know your drink. If you’re stopping in for the first time, you'll feel right at home when you walk through the doors.

Our Bistro serves up pub classics including juicy steaks, crispy schnitzels and fish n chips, plus kids’ meals and regular specials to keep the whole family happy. Watch the game in a relaxed and friendly environment perfect for catching up with friends or well deserved knock-off drink at the end of a hard day.

If you’re looking for affordable accommodation, our Hotel is perfect for long or short term stays. Guests can relax and escape the North Queensland heat in affordable air conditioned rooms.

Inherent requirements:

• This is a hands-on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.

About you:

You already know if this is for you. You’ve got the experience, the presence, and the pride it takes to own a pub like it’s been yours forever. You're not just running a venue - you're living the Publican life.

• Hold current industry RSA and RSG/RCG qualifications as per state requirements
