WHAT CHALLENGE WILL YOU BE TAKING ON?

Your main challenge will be to define the Strategic and Technical Vision for the integration of Artificial Intelligence in our Public Transport solutions, developing new advanced AI capabilities and leading innovative projects in the sector:

Define the Strategic Roadmap for the integration of Artificial Intelligence in Public Transport Solutions.
Explore new business opportunities and operational models based on AI.
Lead and manage a multidisciplinary team, attracting and developing talent.
Drive the technological evolution of the platform towards advanced AI capabilities (predictive analytics, machine learning, optimisation).
Collaborate with product leaders and technical teams to align solutions with market needs.
Apply emerging AI technologies such as generative AI, computer vision, natural language processing.
Ensure effective integration of AI models into existing systems.
Act as a technical reference, guiding the team and solving complex challenges.
Ensure best practices in data management: governance, security, modelling and technical documentation.

WHAT DO WE NEED IN OUR TEAM?

For this position, we are looking for professionals with solid experience in:

Leadership of innovative projects or technology startups related to artificial intelligence or data.
AI architectures, machine learning and predictive analytics.
Development and implementation of Machine Learning models (Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
Advanced technology platforms, data integration and AI models.

In addition, you should have proven skills to build teams from scratch and design strategies to scale technology capabilities, knowledge of generative AI, natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision and familiarity with Scalable Data Architectures and modern tools.
