We are seeking a seasoned Public Relations professional to lead and elevate the brand’s offline presence in a digital-first world, with a strong focus on building cultural relevance, credibility, and long-term brand equity through traditional media and experiential engagements. This role centers on securing impactful visibility in leading print publications and crafting high-end physical experiences that reflect the brand’s identity and positioning. You will drive editorial storytelling, cultivate deep relationships with influential media professionals, and design immersive PR events that create lasting impressions. With a strong emphasis on quality over quantity, you will ensure the brand is consistently represented as timeless and authoritative rather than trend-driven. This position requires a strategic thinker with a refined understanding of offline PR, a strong industry network, and the ability to translate brand vision into tangible, high-impact initiatives that resonate with both media and key stakeholders.
Requirements:
Key Responsibilities
• Lead print editorial strategy by pitching and securing placements in top-tier publications well in advance
• Build and maintain strong relationships with editors, journalists, and key media stakeholders
• Develop compelling, non-paid narratives that position the brand as a heritage-driven and premium offering
• Secure high-impact features including brand stories, product placements, and curated gift guide inclusions
• Conceptualize and execute premium offline PR events such as press previews, product launches, and brand activations
• Curate guest lists to ensure the right mix of media, influencers, and industry stakeholders
• Oversee end-to-end event execution, ensuring seamless experiences and strong brand representation
• Manage creation of high-quality physical press kits and brand mailers with attention to detail and sustainability
• Track and report PR performance based on brand equity, sentiment, and qualitative impact
• Manage PR budgets effectively, ensuring optimal return on investment for offline initiatives
What Makes You a Great Fit
• 5–12+ years of experience in Public Relations, preferably within beauty or personal care sectors
• Proven track record of securing features in leading print publications
• Strong network of media contacts including editors, journalists, and industry influencers
• Demonstrated experience in planning and executing large-scale, high-impact offline events
• Deep understanding of print media timelines, editorial requirements, and offline storytelling techniques
• Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage high-pressure situations and interact confidently with senior stakeholders and VIPs
• Strong creative and strategic thinking with attention to detail
• Experience in budget management and performance-driven PR execution
• Passion for building brand legacy through meaningful and high-quality offline engagements
