Elevare Branding is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Public Relations Assistant to support our communications and brand relations initiatives in our Tampa office. In this role, you will assist with coordinating public relations activities, preparing communication materials, and supporting campaigns that strengthen our clients’ visibility and reputation. Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and distribution of press materials and communications.

• Support the coordination of public relations campaigns and brand initiatives.

• Maintain organized records of media contacts, press coverage, and campaign activities.

• Assist with drafting written materials including press releases, statements, and promotional content.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment.

• Monitor media coverage and prepare summary reports for the communications team.

• Support the planning and execution of events, promotional activities, and brand engagements.

• Maintain accurate documentation of project timelines and deliverables.
