We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Public Relations Assistant to support our communications and outreach initiatives. This role plays a key part in strengthening our public image, maintaining positive relationships with stakeholders, and assisting in the execution of strategic communication plans.

The ideal candidate is proactive, professional, and capable of managing multiple projects while maintaining high standards of accuracy and brand consistency.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and implementation of public relations strategies

• Draft and edit press materials, internal communications, and external correspondence

• Coordinate outreach efforts with community partners and media contacts

• Support event planning and promotional initiatives

• Maintain media lists and communication records

• Monitor public perception and assist in preparing reports

• Ensure all communications align with the organization’s brand and values

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
